Shipping policy

We offer complimentary delivery of your artwork directly to your door. All orders are carefully packaged and shipped to any Auckland address once your membership is confirmed. 

Delivery times may vary depending on location but is estimated to be 1-3 days. 

Our couriers are reliable, but accidents can happen. If your package arrives damaged, do not sign for it, or open it. Before touching the box, take clear photos of the damage for documentation. Then, contact Ida immediately at 09 255 5255 for assistance. These images are crucial for holding the courier company accountable.

The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery.
