Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. To cancel your membership, please email us at [rentals@photographicwallart.co.nz] with the subject line "Cancel Membership" and provide at least 14 days' notice before your desired cancellation date.

• Annual Memberships:
  Cancellation requests allow your membership to continue until the end of your current term.

• Short-Term Memberships:
  Your membership will cancel 14 days after your notice. If the 14-day notice falls within your 13-week minimum rental period, your membership will end at the conclusion of that period.

Please include your preferred timeframe for artwork collection so we can schedule the pickup accordingly. Note that all rental fees incurred up to the cancellation date are non-refundable.
