By using our site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is accessible from the footer of every page.

Renting from Photographic Wall Art
Order Process:
When you request to rent artwork through our website, we will promptly check if your chosen piece is ready for dispatch. If it is not, it will be produced—please allow 10 working days for printing and framing. If ready, it will be shipped within 48 hours, and you should expect delivery via courier within 1–3 days.
Service Area:
Our renting service is available exclusively in Auckland, New Zealand. We deliver all rented Products via courier, and a professional art hanger will contact you to organize the installation. Please ensure that the installation site is cleared and easily accessible.
Ownership & Care:
By renting from us, you acknowledge that you do not own the artwork and are responsible for its care. The artwork must not be handled by anyone without written consent from Photographic Wall Art personnel.

Payment Details
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, that all information you provide is accurate, and that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used for your order. You also warrant that sufficient funds are available to cover the rental cost.

Pricing and Product Availability
We strive to maintain accurate pricing and product information. However, should errors occur, we reserve the right to correct them. All prices displayed on our website represent the weekly rental cost in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST, shipping, and professional installation within Auckland City. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, though changes will not affect already processed orders. Annual Membership rental prices are fixed until you either change your artwork or become eligible for our loyalty program (see “Loyalty Program” below).

Loyalty Program
At Photographic Wall Art, we value our long-term clients. Our Loyalty Program rewards businesses that continue to rent artwork with us.
Eligibility
- Clients who have maintained an active Annual Membership with the same artwork for at least 12 consecutive months automatically qualify.
- The program is only available to businesses that have made all payments on time and have not breached any rental terms.
Benefits
- Discounted Rental Rates: Receive a 15% discount on your weekly rental fee upon renewal.
- Priority Artwork Swaps: Enjoy priority scheduling when changing artwork under an eligible membership plan.
Terms & Conditions
- Discounts and benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the registered business.
- Any missed payments or policy breaches may result in immediate loss of loyalty benefits and may require re-qualification.
- Photographic Wall Art reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Loyalty Program at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

At Photographic Wall Art, we value our members and love seeing our artwork in your space. To show our appreciation, we run a quarterly giveaway, where one lucky participant will receive one month of free membership.
How to Enter
- Post a photo featuring the artwork you rent from us.
- Tag @PhotographicWallArtNZ on Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn.
- Each tagged post counts as one entry into the draw.
Winner Selection & Conditions
- The winner is selected at random at the end of each quarter.
- The free month will be applied to the next billing cycle.
- The offer is available only to active members.
- By participating, you agree that we may share your tagged content on our social media and website.

Failed Payment Policy
At Photographic Wall Art, we strive to make the rental process seamless. To ensure uninterrupted service, please ensure your payment method is up to date.
1. Payment Failures & Notification
If a payment fails, we will notify you via email. You will have five (5) business days to update your payment details and process the outstanding amount.
2. Grace Period & Service Continuation
- If the payment is successfully processed within five (5) business days, your rental service will continue as usual.
- If payment remains outstanding after five (5) business days, your account may be placed on hold, and you may be unable to swap artwork or schedule new installations.
3. Late Fees & Collection Process
- If payment remains unpaid after 10 business days, a late fee of $20 may be applied to your account.
- If payment is not received within 30 days, Photographic Wall Art reserves the right to terminate your rental agreement and retrieve the artwork. Further collection actions may apply.
4. Failure to Return Artwork
- If payment remains overdue for 30 days, you must return the artwork immediately.
- If you fail to return the artwork or refuse to grant access for retrieval, Photographic Wall Art reserves the right to take legal action to recover the artwork and any outstanding payments.
- Any costs incurred in recovering the artwork, including but not limited to legal fees and collection agency fees, will be your responsibility.
- If the artwork is not returned or is damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear, you may be liable for the full replacement value.
5. Membership Terms & Subscription Cancellation
If you are on an Annual Membership, failed payments may result in the cancellation of your membership benefits. Please refer to our Membership Terms for more details.
6. Contact & Support
If you experience issues with payment, please contact us as soon as possible at rentals@photographicwallart.co.nz to discuss alternative arrangements.

Product Colour
While we aim to display product colours accurately, variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings. We cannot guarantee that the colours you see on your screen will be reproduced exactly.

New Zealand Statutory Compliance
We operate in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. If you are dissatisfied with a product, please contact us directly using the details provided on your packaging slip. Note that due to the nature of our service, refunds are rarely issued. In the unlikely event of a refund, it will cover only the cost of the artwork (excluding shipping and professional installation fees of $150–$190) and only if the artwork is returned in the same condition as it was dispatched.
If you are unsure whether a product meets your needs, we recommend trying a short-term rental (cancelable after 13 weeks). In some cases, you may also view the artwork at our premises or another designated location. Please contact us for more information.

Risk
The risk of loss or damage to the artwork passes to you upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, **do not sign for or open it.** Instead, immediately contact Ida at **09 255 5255** and take photographs of the damage for documentation.
